I have difficulty after click on the Uber app. I admit to not being a savvy- tech wise customer. I am ** years old.*I would like to see a simple basic set of instructions about How to call a car*driver. *I get the app on my phone but I am never sure if i have effectively requested a ride. Why not provide a step by step set of directions from : when you pick up your phone and what the screen looks like and what info I should provide to request a ride.*I find my self fumbling around on my screen wondering if a ride is on the way. *I eventually am able to get a ride coming in my direction and eventually picking me up. But this will have taken me ** or more minutes try different things on my screen before I get a response from a driver that she or he is on the way and is close.*But i have spent, it seems, ** or ** minutes poking at my screen before a driver tell he she or he is on the way.**I know that I am asking for a list of instructions that you might provide to * year old - but I am ** and tech is not my thing.*Once I get into a car things have gone very well. My problem has not been fixed. My problem is that I do not have a set of step by step written instructions about how to order a ride from Uber. I will just use a trial and error approach of poking away at my phone when I want a ride and I will allow more lead time fumbling away until I luckily fumble upon a series of stabs until a ride shows up.*Your non-human approach to customer service *****:
