***-***-**** I took a trip from On The Boarder Arlington Texas. There is serious construction to the apartments I was to deliver to. The navigation was incorrect and only brought me to one side of the fence where the apartments were on the other. The customer called upset that she had not gotten her food. She life in the *** Apartments on I-** Watson between Ave H and Ave J. Navigation was instructing me to go to Ave K because there was not construction there. The customer began yelling and getting frustrated with me. She was on a speaker phone so I could not understand her well. After * contact calls. Active calls disable navigation for both sides. I she would have stayed calm, understand the difficulties of navigating through heavy major highway construction and calmly told me direction I could have arrived with her order* however, she began yelling louder with more frustration. I advised that I would contact Uber about this situation. I have her undelivered food and do not know instructions on what I should do with the food. Additionally, I attempted to ask my own navigation system where *** Apartments were located. I was in the apartment complex I felt was correct* however, she continued yelling and would not listen to me. I feel I did everything I could to complete this delivery.
GetHuman-brinxlan did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
