Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-bpgasca will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. How do I get a hold of corporate. I had an issue and questions about how drivers are being graded. The rep from your contact center which I'm sure it's from India did not help me. He said that he will transfer my issue to the one who takes care of the issue. I have yet not receive a call or an email. **I am a concern driver who takes pride on the jobs I do. And my biggest pride is customer service. **Please direct me to the right person and with all due respect....not from your India call center. **I would like to know questions are being ask to riders about drivers. I see that some do not like to speak which is fine. However, what is considered a bad conversation? Because all I have done is respond to riders questions and ask how their night or day is going. I do not continue if they are short with me.
