To change your account information just log into your Optimum account https://www.optimum.net/login/?referer=%2fpay-bill and you can see all your information there.
The issue in GetHuman-rmscott's own words
change information on my "account" put in by mistake. ... When I signed up, I erred in putting in my email address. On your site it is *****@***.com, but should be *****@***.com. My password is also unknown to me on both my iPad and iPhoneX. My telephone * is ***-***-****. I need to reset everything so I can access Uber.
Delete all of my "accounts" under *****@***.com or *****@***.com (my error and the source of my problems).
