This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

I want to dispute a couple of charges that we used uber in London*basically we used a uber ride for a couple of times the same address and every time it was a different price same address same kind of vehicles I want to be reimbursement of the difference.**and one time we request a uber and a driver arrive to the place and we was inside the car when he said the ride its cancel, he refuse to drive us home and then I get charge for the cancelation.**I will appreciate if you help me solve this matter. thank you
