Hello,*I had a horrible experience with an uber driver today. I requested an Uber around *:** am. The first Uber driver canceled the Uber after *-* minutes. I requested another driver and it was confirmed at *:** am. We were * passengers and had a flight to catch at lax airport. I waited for her for a while and finally called her to see where she was. She mentioned that she was at my gate. We brought out all our luggages to the front door, hoping that she would get there any minute. She called me again saying that she’s lost. I was on the phone with her for ** minutes telling her where to go. She could not figure out a simple address inside the gated neighborhood. She kept telling me that she would get there in a minute which is why I did not cancel the ride. We started dragging our luggages * streets up,all uphill towards the front neighborhood gate, hoping that she would see us. I had dropped a pin and shared my location with her and she still could not figure it out. After ** minutes she gave the phone to the gate man and she had left our neighborhood to another neighborhood. I had to cancel the ride and get another driver. We ended up missing our flights at **:**am because of this driver and ended up paying $*** per person to get on the next flight.
