To Uber: you have a driver who just threatened us with a bat. I was in a Safeway parking lot ith my **year old autistic son in the car..where I ran into my fiance and he came to my driverside window to give me a kiss. When a maroon car was backing out of his parking spot and came within millimeters from hitting my car. My fiance said "hey watch it" incase he disnt see us, so as not to hit my car. He immediately became irate shouting out of his window that "the parking lot was not for us to park that way" my fiance replied with "just go on about your business nothing happened" your driver then drove a few spots up and parked then got out of his car with a baseball bat and proceeded to hit it against the ground with all his might meanwhile shouting at the top of his lungs things that I will not repeat. Not only was this sooo NOT called for but he was way out of line. There was no need for coming out of his vehicle with a weapon there was no threat to him and we did not say anything even slightly offensive or degrading in any way to him to justify such violent display and scare my child and myself. Before I could dial *** he started to get back in his car and I decided to get his license plate number. It is *YFB***. It happened today August **th in the Midtown Safeway parking lot at around *:**pm. This driver should not only be an employee of yours he shouldn't even be allowed to drive. Very scary for me and my disabled son. I will NEVER EVER USE UBER knowing that driver exists on your payroll. I will use lyft instead.
