This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

I use uber often and today makes the second time my card was charged * dollars and the driver pulling off. With not so much as a phone call. I have a baby boy and can not afford to be charged for this issue that was not my fault. Uber hasn't even refunded me the first time. But now today it's happened again. This is not right. I am a single mom living in myrtle beach trying to survive. Please return my money once again. And it's very frustrating that your customers have no contact number.
GetHuman-amiinaec did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
