How much will it cost, how many minutes is the ride, how quickly can a driver arrive, & can I pay for ride with my debit card?**Valencia J. Linder***************I expected to receive an e-mail regarding my Uber pick-up time & location* instead, I received a ONE-SIDED text message directing me to "customer service" , which did NOT help me at all! This DISASTROUS first experience with Uber has me think, "Do I want to use this service again?" I'd BETTER NOT BE CHARGED for the ride that I didn't take!
