I requested a Uber at Washington Dulles Airport at **:** on *******. I waited at arrival Door * as instructed. I waited & waited, looking for the Vehicle Tag No. I saw nothing. I got a phone call from ***-***-**** that I could not make sense of. Tried to call back but could not get through. Then suddenly I got a cancellation charge. I asked a traffic officer on duty to be my witness since he was there with me the whole time. His name is William Mattei, ***-***-****. I got your cancellation receipt of $*.** and it showed the pick up point as ***** Autopilot Dr. not Arrival Door *. I definitely want to disput this charge. I have a very bad feeling about Uber now! Please cancel the charge or else I’ll ask my credit card co. not to pay. This bad experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. I may not use Uber again!
