This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm
The issue in GetHuman-childebr's own words
I called Uber for a ride. This is the first time I ride Uber in Atlanta. Margaret was the driver who answered my call. I called her when she was * min away but there was no response. Later she called me and when I answered she let me know that the Uber pick up area is different from the pick up for regular*family cars. I told her that since I got * suitcases to roll away I might not be able to reach her in time. So she opted and advised me that the trip will be cancelled. Thus I went first to the area where Uber picks up passengers before I called another Uber for a ride. Lawrence came with his Chevy Cruze. On this regard, I woukd like to ask consideration regarding the charge for the cancellation of my first Uber call. Knowing the system for riding Uber this situation will never be repeated again. I would freatly appreciate your consideration for a refund for the cancellation fee.
