I took a a ride with a new driver. When the ride was over she clearly hit the wrong button and charged me $*** cleaning fee erroneously. I am beyond Furious. You can contact me immediately let me repeat immediately at ***-***-****. if this is not resolved in the next ** hours I will never use Uber again I use it at least twice a day purchasing ride passes and all I am the customer you do not want to lose.
GetHuman-johnrl did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
