I set up an account. than I went to put in my payment information and I haven't been able to get into account. I get a message telling me I my phone number is already in use. I have tried for months, literally since November **** to fix this by utilizing the UBER HD with no luck. here is why. I send in a help request, and then get a request to provide information for account verification of which I respond but then i get an error that my email wasn't received because it wasn't from the same account I emailed over on. BUT it is. Please help me.
