Gentlemen,**I would like to complaint about my recent ride with UBER. **Yesterday, *st of July, ****, we had an event at our relative’s residence at Alkapur, Pioneer Estate.**We booked a UBER cab, driver name was Syed Shahbaz, and vehicle type was Mahindera Verito. When the driver arrived, I with my family boarded the cab. The driver looked too young, may be below ** years and he might be driving the cab without driving license. **When we started our journey, I noticed that he was watching some Hindi series on the mobile which was placed on the right side of the vehicle steering. He was watching it while driving, immediately I asked him to stop that and concentrate on the driving. Then he started showing his arrogance, he did not took me through the route which I wanted because that was the safe route via main roads. When I travel with my family I prefer main roads, rather than taking by lanes or lanes which passes through slum areas. He then started arguing with me for no reason, at one point when I noticed that he is taking an unnecessary long route just to increase the fare amount, I stopped him and asked him, if he is aware of the destination route. He literally started staring at me and was pushing me with his left hand elbow. I stopped him then and there and warned him that, he will be facing the consequences. I would have slapped him but I kept quite because my family was travelling with me, (my spouse, daughters and son). He then told me that he will follow the GPS route and will not follow my route. I then asked him to call his supervisor, so that I can explain the situation. Later on, I strictly warned him to take us through the route which I want* he was arguing senseless and showing his illiterate attitude. My son couldn’t tolerate and asked him to behave himself and stop talking to me in that manner. Repeatedly, he was telling that his also a Hyderabadi (goon ascent) and will show me what he is. I tolerated his nonsense just because I don’t want to create any scene while travelling with my family. I was not scared of him or his group or whatever. **Now, it’s time to teach him a lesson and I want to know what he or his so called group can do to me. I want to show him that what I can do. I’ve discussed this matter with my advocate and with his help I’m planning to file a complaint with the local area police. He needs to be kicked out of your organization because he is damaging the image of your organization. I’m interested to escalate this issue to the highest point of contact in your organization. **Today, I received a call from *** *** **** and my assistant advised to call after **:** pm. till now, I’ve not received any call.
