This service is the worst i ever experience in my life there is no customer service no corporate office number to contact when there are problems. These drivers pick up at the wrong area and uber charges me twice because of the ignorance of this company that won't have any human contact telephone numbers to complain to. This is so extremely unprofessional and the drivers even complain about getting the information and picking up at the wrong places. I cannot wait until i get my car so i won't have to deal with the uber or lift i find that who ever created this uber system should rethink on how to make it a lot easier for the driver and the customer because this way it is not working. I have worked as a customer service consultant and can tell this business is not working it really needs some type of communication with a human being or you are going to fail maybe that is why i hear terrible things on tv about how bad uber and lift are. You need to train people on taking calls from the drivers and the customers because there is a lack of communication between the driver and the customer
