After having an Uber driver waste time figuring out her GPS and driving the wrong way*stopping at intersections to play with her phone for over * minutes, I finally had to give her verbal directions to my destination, a Train station. When it became apparent that I was going to miss the train, she asked me to cancel the trip, and I was still charged. I’m already late for an appointment because of this, and there was no other train for another hour, so I am currently taking an Uber all the way there at great expense to me.
GetHuman-noahjos did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
