Get picked up from Palmer House on * Bayard Lane, Princeton ... (Not fixed.) Every single time I request an Uber driver for Palmer House at * Bayard Lane, Princeton, the Uber app sends the diver to a different address--a new address each time--despite listing the confirmed pickup location on my own Uber app as * Bayard Lane. * Bayard Lane has an unrestricted driveway, a drop off loop away from any traffic, and ample parking, so there is no reason why an Uber driver can't go there. This has happened more than half a dozen times.**Each time, Uber always sends the driver to a new address within a few blocks away, but I'm on crutches and can't walk several blocks. That's the whole reason I called an Uber. And I'm not calling the carpool version.**When I try to explain to the driver that I'm at a different location from where the app sent them and try to give them directions to me, they get very confused and sometimes upset. Today, a driver simply dropped my job without warning when I tried to redirect them. It made me miss an appointment.**How do I get Uber to fix this bug?

I want them to fix the bug so that it directs Uber to Palmer House At * Bayard Lane when my own app lists that as my confirmed pickup location.
I'd been using Uber several times per day because I have crutches and can't walk. I always tip generously.
Tried using help desk. I got one automated answer which had nothing to do with my request.
