Find out if the fare was taken off of my credit card or my gift card. ... On Sunday, June *, ****, I took Uber from *** Bering Dr., not *** Dr. as shown on the scheduling invoice. I asked the driver to take it off of the credit card that my son had given me for $**.**. He wasn't sure he could do that so I gave him my credit card. I am not sure how it was paid for as I did not want to miss my flight. The charge was $**.** and was from my home to William Hobby Airport. Please let me know if I still have a $**.** credit and if so, how I can use it on my next Uber ride. Thank you, Stephanie Maierson
The driver did not know how to do that.
I will be using Uber in the future and can use the gift card at a later date but would like to know how I was charged.
I have been using Uber for several years and like the easy drive but getting frustrated with asking questions or seeing me account.
I can't try anything else as there is no way to contact Uber except by email.
