Good evening -**I arrived at heathrow after a long day of travel and called an Uber to take me home. It was accepted by a driver who waited nearly * minutes to cancel the ride. A second driver then accepted, waited nearly * minutes again without moving, and then cancelled. When the third driving to accept also sat there without moving and I tried to cancel after * minutes to get a driver who would come get me and drive, a £** charge was going to be levied for the drivers time even though he had yet to move. **What about my time for the first two drivers? The system is not equitable with no recourse for the p***enger or punishment for a driver who wastes our time. That ** or so minutes was important for me as I was trying to make it home for a work call. Your service is great and when my driver came he is professional and friendly but I think you should rethink your system on cancellations.
I trust that Uber will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
