****o,**I use Uber every week for rides or food. Last Wednesday I had placed a food order (Order No- **F**). The order was fine and food was delivered in time. The issue was even though I did not to use the Uber credits, partial amount ($**.**) was taken from my credits and thr rest ($**.**) was charged to my credit card ending ****. **I had raised a help request to change the mode of payment and charge the entire amount to my credit card and refund my Uber credits. **Those Uber credits are to be used for my business expenses. The meal was my personal expense. I need the refund of credits and apply all charged to the card ending **** to justify it to my firm. **The support folks are terrible. They can’t even read and understand English. Please check the entire help support chain for details. They have started ignoring my messages. This is unacceptable. Please help.
