I inquired via the app why I was charged twice ($** x * ) for the one ride. I received an email back in no time telling me one $** charge was for the ride the other was a clean up charge .. I immediately responded with nasty messages about their lack of customer service skills - "what the **** were they talking about "clean up "- Did they talk to the driver ?*and so on -- the more I rethink these transactions - The angrier I get.*I even gave the drive a cash $* dollar tip ...
GetHuman-walterks did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
