From GRACE QUEZON . ***-***-****. I was charged $*.** for a cancelled trip on the evening of June *, **** in Norfolk VA. I sent a text to the driver Sam Mohar, supposed to be driving a black Honda Accord. Text: "Meet me in Departures Gate A". I was at the Norfolk Airport. When the car didn't come, I called his phone* no answer* said voice mail had not been set up. *I tried to send him my pickup location * ways-by text & by phone- but he did not respond. Then I was charged $*.** for cancellation. I request a refund of this $*.** to my account. The driver's text & phone were disabled. Thanks for your help.
