We’re in town for a wedding, we had some last minute shopping errands to complete. We CHOSE to use UBER instead of LYFT or a Taxi Cab. Therefore we scheduled our UBER ride. The UBER driver (Juan) arrived at our location. We smiles, looked him in the eyes, we gestured to him with our shopping bags in our hands to confirm we were his passengers and he drove off. The experience was very disheartening!! Juan did not provide us with the ride that was scheduled...
