This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

Ive just got notice from my bank about fraud. Someone used my card at uber and it wasn't me. Now i have to pay overdraft fee because of this!!! I need you to refound it to me. Very upset with you guys.
