ON JUNE *, **** I REQUESTED A RIDE FROM THE CURRENT HOTEL IN LONG BEACH AND UBER GAVE ME A PICK UP TIME AND THEN SHORTLY I RECEIVED ANOTHER E-MAIL STATETING THAN THE DRIVER HAD TO CANCEL. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING I WAS CHARGED A $* FEE. I DID NOT CANCEL AND I ENDED UP TAKING A CAB TO THE LONG BEACH AIRPORT. I WOULD LIKE THAT CARD THAT WAS CHARGED TO BE CREDITED THE $*. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. BELOW I ENTERED MY E-MAIL ADDRESS YOU CAN CALL ME AT ***-***-****. THIS HAVE NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE.
