I was trying to get the cancellation charged from May** reversed. I also was trying to get phone support and my app did not offer the choices that were offered on your help site ... We requested a shared uber in nyc on Thurs evening May** and stood at the designated area * **th and *th * .The driver never showed and we were charged $*.** which I feel is inappropriate and unacceptable and I respectfully wish that you reverse this charge.
I have sent multiple e-mail regarding the cancellation fee WITHOUT ANY RESOLTION MOST IMPORTANTLY I WISH TO GET PHONE WHICH WOULD RESOLVE ALL ISSUE IN AN INSTANT BUT APPARANTLY THAT IS NOT IN YOUR COMPANY'S DNA
