Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-soumengh will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. On these dates i.e, **.**.**** & i **.**.**** respectively, booked a cab but i cancelled the cabs as both the time the driver could not reach my location on time & for that i was charged Rs.** each time. Now that i cleared one of my cancellation charge through debit card & the transaction was successful but i did not received any mail or sms regarding the payment from Uber.*And as a result I Am unable to book any cab from Uber app its only showing "Something Went Wrong, if it continues, contact help.uber.com" *Why I am facing such problem? Do i need clear all the payment? why i am not getting the option to pay to the driver on the next trip booking?*i am also not getting to contact the customer care service from internet.
