Hello, * I requested an Uber May **, **** from *** Rahway Avenue Woodbridge going to *** Chestnut Street Roselle. I was notified the driver was here but he was not because I had been standing in front of Berkeley College waiting for him. I called him to tell him what I was wearing, he informed me he was coming. I still waited and he didn't show up. I finally saw him drive right past me. I tried to call and tell him he passed me but a message popped up the driver cancelled the ride. I would appreciate my funds returned to my credit card. I DO NOT want Uber credit. How is it that the driver who obviously didn't know where to go cancels, and the customer is charged??? * Again, I would like my money returned to my credit card.
