Hello UBER,**I am writing to you today because I have been waiting since last week for my UBER APP to be fixed and turned back on.**I have been driving with you guys for three long years and all of a Sutton my app was turned off for duplicate app.**Please be advised I went into the office and spoke with one young lady Carlyn who said I was fixed and everything was ok. She also gave me the reason for the mistake and apologized to me for my inconvenience. Said it was a duplicate and she took care of the problem and I was good to go. I left there only to realized the app still was not working but by then they had closed for the day.**Came back the very next day and spoke with Ciara the manager who wasn't to nice or friendly to me at all. I was shocked after the great service I had received the day before with the young lady telling me I had driven over **** miles with you guys and great star ratings. I was not aware of how many miles I had driven so that was nice to know. All I know is when I am out there on the road I trying give everyone the best customer service and represent UBER to my best. After all I am retired flight attendant for Delta Airlines Inc. and have done great customer service for many years!!!!**Please look into my case and check my status please help me get up and running and back on the road doing the job I so hardly Love!!!!**Have a great day and again thank you for your time and effort to help me.**Paticia Madric*Patty**** *** **********@***.com****By the way when I hit on my uber app it says:*YOUR ACCOUNT IS ON HOLD**We noticed you have another UBER account with a completed background check.*Trying signing in with your other username to see your background check status.**At the bottom light is blue and says contact support.
