I am emailing today because I’ve messaged support * times already and have yet to get a response or have someone reach out to me. I drive for Uber and I did the instant pay last night, I checked my bank account this morning only to see the deposit missing. At this point I’m extremely aggravated with the lack of support I am getting on this issue. I drive for Uber every single week and have been doing so for awhile now. Why isn’t anyone from support reaching out to me, if I have an issue I’d except to have it resolved. They have already deducted the $.** so I don’t want to wait until Wednesday to see my funds.
