On May **, **** we attempted to request an Uber during a trip to Rhode Island. During the request process the cell phone ran out of charge and we were not picked up by the Uber driver. There were * charges to my card that should not have been processed. The charges are in the amounts of $*.** - Trip NCE*T & *$*.** - Trip *DJAN. I will be contacting my financial institution to report these fraudulent charges as well. I expect a refund as soon as possible. Thank you!
