My credit card billing shows that I may have been double charged for my Uber usage on May **th from Las Vegas airport to Flaminco Hotel. One billing was for $**.** and the other one is for $**.**. Our onetime service occurred around *:** PM on May **th, ****. Our phone number is ***-***-****. Please remedy this situation. Thanks so much. Our driver was in a blue Lexus but I can’t remember his name. Since we only used Uber one time, we would like the second charge removed from our billing.
