This line is very busy. To reduce your wait time, call their number, when it asks you to select a language select option 3. This line is also 24hrs; to reduce your wait time further call after 9pm

my checking account has been used without my permission on ****, **** (* times) and *********. I have reported this to my bank and if I do not receive an email from you, my bank will resolve this legally. A total of $***.** was taken by UBER on dates listed above. I have never joined nor used UBER. Please fix this. I am on a fixed income and it isn't much. I want this money returned immediately and my account secured from anyone in your service. Kim A.
