To whom it may concern I have a complaint about my Uber ride last night. I went from a **-minute ride to an almost ** minute ride in a uber pool and was charged $** and was almost dropped off at the wrong destination. Originally my ride would have been under $* but I was charged more because I was taken to the wrong destination. The driver was a very nice person that's not what I'm complaining about I'm complaining about the charge. I was picked up at **** West Carroll and I was supposed to be dropped off at **** South Monitor. But instead I was taken to North Riverside Mall. I don't feel that is fair that I'm charged this much for a mistake a driver made. I would like for someone to contact me at *** *** ****. I feel that this charge is unfair and should be taken off my bill.
