So i ordered an uber this morning. Paid the high rate fare and when my driver arrived. I sat into the car then he indicated to me that he has a COURT DATE and he can’t take me to the airport. I cannot believe that this incident just occurred. Where’s the professionalism. Why isn’t he offline? *He said he cancelled it, then I attempted to contact another Uber and the app wouldn’t let me pick up an Uber until I canceled. NOW I am charged for a cancelation fee. That is unacceptable. I am firmly requesting this charge is taking off my account and that I am refund the second Uber driver that I had to pay a higher fee because i ordered an Uber back to back.
