Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-tomyang will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. I am charged with a trip cancellation fee for a trip that I never ordered. I just took a Uber ride to meet my clients at a restaurant (*** Boylston St) in Boston and silenced my phone and put it in my pants' pocket during our meeting. I realized later that somehow the Uber app ordered the next trip from *** Dartmouth St. Boston to *** Clarendon St. Boston. I did not venture out to *** Dartmouth St. neither did I know whether *** Clarendon St. Based on Google map, the distance between the two places is *.* mile and the best way to go about is walk. So there is no reason I need to order a Uber even if I had wanted to make the trip.**The app also automatically gave the driver of my previous trip a * star and I'd like to correct it and give him * stars.**Thanks!
