Help with my Uber issue
The issue in GetHuman665441's own words
Sent a small car. I am in profile for a van or suv. I am unable to get out of a small car. A small car arrived. Told driver I could not get ouyof her car and I needed a van or suv. She looked at me like I had * heads. (Not sure she didn’t) finally after several explanations she left. Only to see later she submitted a $ * cancellation fee. I did not cancel. They sent a vehicle that I was unable to use. Wasted time. Had to call local taxi company.
Charge dropped. Don’t feel I should pay for their mistake. Especially considering I lost time getting to my affair
