My husband used Uber one time* yet, his Debit Visa Card has been charged approximately eight additional times since that one Uber Ride. He was paid from work this week&UBER Company charged over $*** on his Debit Visa. He used Uber twice & the first time being a few months ago, there was luck in receiving any funding at all. We are on an extremely tight budget& are not able to pay our electric bill. I am his wife who is awaiting a disability claim which is escalating due to this unnecessary stress on the part of Uber. It's my understanding, other Uber riders have experienced an over chargement on their Debit Visit Cards too. My husband wants&needs to be reimbursed ASAP due to his wife (me) personal medication & physician appointments. His name on the Debit Visa card is LOUIS T TORTOLANI, VALID THROUGH ****.
