Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-elyseal will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Hi,**Can’t use app - says my phone number is already in use **I have had multiple issues with my Uber account. It worked for a while and then it told me my payment method was invalid - which it wasn’t. It wouldn’t let me add a new one or delete an old one. This happened around the time when I linked a second profile created by my employer. I had no other option but to delete my account and create a new one with another email address. The new account worked once and then Uber decided to merge my accounts and the invalid payment issue occurred again. ** Recently I decided to try using it again when I got a new phone and it worked for * or * rides. On Friday it made me validate my phone number and told me I couldn’t use the same number as it was associated to another account. Because of this issue, my friend ordered me an Uber and selected my address and then the destination. The Uber never showed up so she cancelled it and ordered another one. I waited ** mins and cancelled my plans. Nobody showed up. I paid her for both rides which never showed up. (More than happy to send printscreens if receipts). The issues with my app have caused me a lot of problems. I paid my friend $**.** for no reason and I am now more than annoyed with Uber. **If you wish to keep me as a customer, KIndly fix my account once and for all and apply a credit to my account once fixed. **Lastly, the fact that you have no customer service number makes this experience extremely difficult and frustrating. I am seriously considering taking taxis again.
