I used your service for the first time never used before. I put in my location from airport and watched the tracker on my phone. The Uber driver pulled up which showed on my tracker. I got in and didn’t know I was in wrong car until I get a phone call from the driver that was suppose to pick me up. We were talking and then click no one. I tried to call that driver back no answer. So the driver who picked me up dropped me back at the airport and told me to put back in a request because she also made a mistake and picked up wrong personour names were similar who was to be picked so I did do a new driver picked me up but I did not cancel my pick up it was a mistake on both sides and I had never used this service before I got picked up and taken to my home but have several five dolllars fees and would greatly like those given back to me because I did not cancel and I also only gave a five dollar tip once. Please help this is frustrating for an older person.And now I show three more five dollar charges. This is not fair and really not fair to know someone is even really going to help me with this problem.
