Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-lynnthur will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. We were tourist in Charleston on **********. We took Uber to Bubba Gumps for dinner, our ride was about $**. When we were ready to return to our hotel a different driver showed up, Jan(a woman). I asked if she could please stop at a grocery store or somewhere so I could buy a bottle of wine. She said she would but we would have to give her a cash tip. She drove past many places that sold wine and our hotel. She stopped at BI-LO. The store was closing and would not let me in. She then went back past our hotel to a different grocery. She did not drop me at the door it was pouring rain!!! She was still in the same place when I came out and it was still raining!!! When we got to the hotel our bill was over $**.!!!!! *The account is in my husbands name, Stephen Garoutte. Phone number ***-***-****. *Please let her know that what she did was wrong and very rude!!!*Thank you.
