I reserved an Uber car to take my wife and I from our hotel in San Francisco to SFO. The driver did not turn up and I could see on the Uber moving map that he was parked a block away! I tried calling him but he cancelled and I was charged $* for not being at the pickup even though I was and the bellman can verify it. I had to arrange another UBer car who came and collected me.*I wrote to Uber via their help site and they responded I was not charged $* despite sending me an email to that effect and my Bank account showing the debit!*I cannot get to anyone to get them to correct this and refund me
I trust that Uber will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
