On Thrusday evening *******. I was waiting for a ride, I received a message stating that they were waiting for me but according to my map the driver was * streets over. I was on Venezia , the driver was on Victoria. a couple of blocks away I would not have be able to walk over in time. I was cancelled before I was able to reach the driver. after being cancelled I made a new request and the driver was there in moments. I would love it if I was able to get a refund on this cancelled ride. Thank You for listening...
