I was charged unfairly during an Uber trip. I was shown that I would be charged $* yes, but then received by email a receipt of $**. I have been charged $* for the same exact route that I usually take on this trip, so I do not understand why I was charged $**. I would like a refund for my trip, or at least a reduction. My Uber drivers name is Ali and he drove a Toyota Camry T******C. I also used carpool lane.
I trust that Uber will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
