I was stuck at a Walmart for * hours last night because you said I had an amount from the previous day. I bought * Uber gift cards and tried to pay with them. It would not allow me to pay the balance with the gift cards. I checked my bank account and Uber had posted the amount to my account already. I was about $* short to pay the amount. It was midnight and the store was closing. I went to security crying to see if anyone could help me. One guard requested a ride from his account I had to give him $** for a $* ride. My ** year old son was at home very worried because I left the house at *:**. *I recently switched to Uber from Lyft and am horrified that this happened due to your billing order and could not get a ride even with $** gift card credits. I bought the gift cards so I could get rides without money in the bank.*I would like some credit applied to my account for this horrible situation I had.
