Today at *** pm uber charged me $* cancellation fee for a ride w Isidro, Honda Accord T*******. I never booked this ride. This is First time I've used app. I was seeing if I app lets me book a ride in advance for wed May * from ** w *** st to *** st at * am. I put in that info. I was trying to check the price. I'm not even now in NYC. I'm at home in south jersey! Next thing I know I saw a car moving on the map. I tried to quit the page. No back button. No place to quit so I exited the app. Next thing I know isidros is calling me asking where I am. I didn't even select a car type bc I didn't see where to Select the type of car. I didn't even want UBERX. When I do travel I want Pool. And, I didn't want a car today at all today. I didn't confirm anything. I want my money refunded. I have iphone*s os *. I don't know if your app doesn't work good on this is but it certainly didn't for me and I am quite computer savvy. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED PLS. THANKS
