Help with my Uber issue
I ordered an Uber this morning. I was told he was * minutes away. I was ready. Text said driver had arrived. But there was no car outside my townhouse or even next door. No one called, text or emailed me to say they couldn’t find me.*I had to cancel a doctors appt due to this inconvenience. And now it says Uber is going to charge me $* because of cancelling. Not going to pay that!*And why didn’t the driver text me. If he had all this could have been avoided.*Please respond so this does not happen again.
