First off, I had two charges billed on the same ride, and at different times. I had an outrageous **.** bill when it was **.** dollars and no surge. I also need to switch payments to a different card. It was billed to my business card, and not my personal card. This is a huge deal and I really need it fixed. I want the charges explained to me as well since the ride to the location was **.** dollars. Most importantly, I really want the payments switched over.
I trust that Uber will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
