Help with my Uber issue

Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-asusanor will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. The issue in GetHuman-asusanor's own words
Two times in a row when I requested Uber-waiting-waiting-down to one minute and then waited*waited another ten minutes-driver canceled. Happened to me on April **th and again today April **th. I will be charged another five dollars that will be taken off my credit card eventually. Why are the drivers cancelling all the time now as I wait to get to an appointment. Cant they call and tell me? Then I can order another car and do the same rig a ro again-wait and hope someone will show up. Bad business. Iwas just telling someone today how wonder Uber is except for the one issue I had last week, cant reach customer service but always a pleasure to deal with (the drivers) Wondering if I should start considering other ways.
