I was trying to do something, and ran into a problem.
I have just been charged with an Uber ride I never took. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I let it go because it is such a pain in the *** to deal with contacting Uber. This ride apparently occurred yesterday. I was charged but I have no details about it. I was charged $*.** then an additional $*.**. The transaction number for the first amount is *WJ*************D. The next transaction for the same ride was $*.**. These are erroneous charges.
I would like to be credited these amounts and I would like to shut down my Uber account at this time or get a new one that is protected. I also do not understand why I have no information about where these rides are coming from or going to! Please credit me and make my account secure.
